I have lived in Sway, in the New
Forest, since 1995. Walking the dog twice a day enables me to
see the constant changes in light, season, texture and colour
throughout the year.

For
a week in July 2012 I visited Shetland, which was truly inspiring.
Once again I found an entirely different palette to Cornwall and
Orkney. The weather was calm and dry so I was able to perch on the
edge of cliffs to sketch. |

I
paint in watercolour, pastels, acrylics and oils. I teach day

have exhibited in open exhibitions in Hampshire, IoW, Dorset, Wiltshire,
Somerset and at the Mall Galleries, London. I have work in Australia,
USA, Scotland, Cyprus, Greece, France and Portugal. Commissions may
be undertaken. |
